UNLV Football Summer Signed Helmet Promotion Terms and Conditions

Eligibility

  1. Automatic Entry: No additional purchase is necessary to enter the promotion. By purchasing a qualifying ticket package (season tickets, single-game suite, group tickets, or mini plan), you are automatically entered to win.
  2. Exclusions: Potential student-athletes, current UNLV students, and members of the UNLV athletic department or their families are not eligible to participate in this promotion.

Prize and Winner Selection

  1. Prize: Each winner will receive a helmet signed by UNLV football head coach Barry Odom. No substitutions of the prize are permitted.
  2. Selection Schedule: Winners will be selected every Monday starting July 1 and concluding on August 26.
  3. Notification: Winners will be contacted via email, phone, or any other means deemed appropriate by the UNLV athletic department. The names of each winner will also be listed on UNLVRebels.com.
  4. Response Requirement: If a winning account does not respond within 48 hours of the first outreach, UNLV athletics reserves the right to select another winner in their place.
  5. One-Time Win: Each account is only eligible to win once during the duration of the promotion.

General Conditions

  1. Non-Transferable: Prizes are non-transferable and no cash or other substitutions are allowed.
  2. Taxes: All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
  3. Disputes: Any disputes arising out of or connected with this promotion will be governed by the laws of the state of Nevada and will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Nevada. All disputes will be at the expense of the plaintiff.
  4. Liability: UNLV athletics is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion. UNLV athletics is not responsible for any technical failures, unauthorized human intervention, or technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the promotion or the processing of entries.
  5. Modification: UNLV athletics reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the promotion in the event that it becomes necessary to do so.

Acceptance

  1. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these rules and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of UNLV athletics as final and binding as it relates to the content of this promotion.
