Men's Tennis Defeats Central Florida

LAS VEGAS--The 32nd-ranked UNLV men's tennis team won all six singles matches en route to a 6-1 victory over unranked Central Florida at the Fertitta Tennis Complex Wednesday.

The Rebels only lost one set in singles action as UNLV's Damu Bobb dropped the first set of the No. 3 singles match, but rebounded to defeat Pelle Brunskog 3-6, 6-1, 6-4.

UNLV's team of Asaf Tishler and Danny Erez recorded the Rebels only doubles victory of the day as they defeated David Winberg and Pelle Brunskog, 8-3.

UNLV improved to 10-7 overall with the victory and will be back in action Tuesday, April 7 as it travels to Los Angeles, Calif., to face No. 9 Southern California at 1:30 p.m.
