LAS VEGAS - Senior Thomas Schneiter won twice to highlight the Rebels' performance during the final day of the UNLV Men's Tennis Fall Invitational at the Fertitta Tennis Complex Sunday.
The competition, which counts only individual results and not as team dual matches, saw only three Rebels take to the courts. Schneiter downed Manuel Lievano of Minnesota 6-4, 6-4, and then toppled Sebastien Revol of Oklahoma 6-0, 6-1. UNLV's only other victory on the day came from freshman Aviram Salomon, who swept Reven Stephens of Minnesota, 6-4, 6-4.
In other action, Ohio State players won all six singles matches and also swept three doubles meetings vs. Northern Arizona.
