LAS VEGAS - UNLV head baseball coach Jim Schlossnagle and his 2002-03 Rebels begin fall practice on October 8 at Earl E. Wilson Stadium on the campus of UNLV.

Practice takes place from Tuesday through Sunday and begins each weekday at 2:30 p.m. Weekend practices begin at 1 p.m. Fall practice culminates with the annual Fall World Series, October 24-26, and Major League Scout Day on the 27th.

Practices are open to the public and free of charge.

"I am very anxious to get on the field for the next three weeks and evaluate our club," said Schlossnagle. "There is tremendous excitement surrounding our program and I invite all Rebel fans to stop by Wilson Stadium to get a glimpse of what should be an outstanding Rebel baseball team."
