ATHENS, Georgia - Jacint Simon took 15th in the 200 freestyle at the 2002 NCAA Championships, earning his third straight All-America honor. He finished in a time of 1:37.43, his prelim time was 1:36.79.

Simon also swam the 100 free, but took 46th place in 44.97. Only the top 16 finishers in the prelims advance to the evening finals.

Andrew Livingston's bid for a fourth All-America honor fell short. He took 30th in the 100 fly (48.20) and was disqualified from the 200 fly.

David Schick also competed in the 100 fly, but was disqualified in the preliminary round.
