LAS VEGAS - UNLV junior Jonathon Hugo was named Mountain West Conference Men's Swimmer of the Week.

A native of Claremont, South Africa, Hugo won the 50 freestyle last week in a dual vs. No. 16 Arizona State, posting the best time in the MWC this season at 20.87. He also swam the opening leg of the first-place 200-medley relay team (131.63) vs. the Sun Devils.
