LAS VEGAS - The UNLV men's basketball program is inviting all UNLV students to attend its practice, meet the team and enjoy free pizza this Thursday, Oct. 21.

Practice begins at 3:15 p.m. and is held at the Thomas & Mack Center. Pizza will be served to the students following the practice session, which is scheduled to last until 6 p.m.

"Students are the cornerstone of any great basketball atmosphere," said head coach Lon Kruger. "We look forward to having the best student section in the Mountain West Conference."

UNLV's first exhibition game will be on Friday, Nov. 5 against the L.A. Stars at 7:30 p.m. at the Thomas & Mack Center. Balcony tickets are on sale for $1.
