WALNUT, Calif. - UNLV's Michele Suszek placed 15th in the 3,000m steeplechase as the Rebels opened up action in the 43rd annual Mt. SAC Relays on Saturday.

Suszek finished the race in a time of 11:03.28. The rest of the Rebel squad will compete in Sunday's events.
