SAN DIEGO - UNLV senior Claire Smith won twice more on Saturday to advance to Sunday's semifinals of the consolation draw at the Wilson/ITA Women's Tennis Regional at the Barnes Tennis Center.

Smith downed Erynne Oki of UC Riverside 6-3, 6-0 and then rolled past Asogi Onaga of UC Santa Barbara 6-0, 6-1.

Smith will next face Katie Decker-Sadowski of USC in the semi and the winner will play in the final later in the day.

Also on Saturday, UNLV's final main-draw entry, the doubles team of Smith and Nikol Dimitrova, blew a 5-3 lead and fell to seventh-seeded Elizabeth Lumpkin and Ashley Joelson of UCLA 8-6.
