PACIFIC PALISADES, Calif. - UNLV tennis star Elena Gantcheva lost in the first round of consolation play on Friday at the Riviera/ITA All-American Championships.

Gantcheva, ranked 13th, was swept by 27th-ranked Jenna Long of North Carolina 6-0, 6-3. The Lady Rebel junior has now lost her first two matches of the season after turning in an All-American campaign last year.
