PACIFIC PALISADES, Calif. - UNLV's rough week at the Riviera/ITA Women's Tennis All-American Championships ended with its top doubles team going home without tasting victory.

Elena Gantcheva and Kristina Nedeltcheva, ranked a school-record high fifth in the preseason, lost in the first round of Friday's consolation bracket, 8-2, to No. 22 Melissa Mang and Tory Zawacki of Duke.

Next up for the Lady Rebels is the ITA West Regional in San Diego, which begins Oct. 25.
