After defeating San Diego on Saturday in the season opener for both squads, 65-60, the UNLV men's basketball team will continue its Opening Week 2008-09 (four games in eight days) with Texas-Pan American on Tuesday, Nov. 18, at 7 p.m. at the Thomas & Mack Center. The game, which is part of the first round of the Global Sports Classic (first two rounds played at home sites, while the third and final rounds will be at the Thomas & Mack Center Nov. 28-29), will also be "Turn Back the Clock to 1983" night, celebrating 25 years of the Thomas & Mack Center. In addition, the first 5,000 people in attendance will receive a free photo of the sophomores (class of 2011).
