Baby, It's Cold Inside

April 10, 2008

PROVO, Utah - The UNLV men's tennis team was forced indoors in a neutral site meeting with No. 51 New Mexico and lost 4-0 at the BYU Indoor Courts late Thursday.

The Rebels fell to 9-10 overall and 2-2 in Mountain West Conference play.

Playing doubles first, the Lobos took matches on courts one and three to clinch a 1-0 lead.

Playing a staggered schedule because of only having four courts available, UNLV saw No. 85 Elliot Wronski fall to No. 41 Max Jones 6-3, 6-2 at the top of the lineup, Wesley Burrows lose to Johnny Parkes 6-2, 6-1 at the second spot, and David Campbell defeated by Miles Bugby 6-1, 7-5 on court four. The remaining matches were then halted.

UNLV next faces Utah on Friday afternoon.
