Pomona, Calif., - The Pomona Pitzer Invitational was a meet that was a bit unorthodox for the student-athletes, as everyone seemed to be competing in events that were out of the ordinary.

There was a little of everything as Lekeisha Lawson competed in the 400 meters, Talyah Polee competed in the 200 and we also got a chance to see Chelsea Stemmer and Ashley Barlow compete.

Brittney Bullocks competed in the 100 meter dash and finished ninth with a time of 12.40. Bullocks also came in seventh in the 200 with a time of 24.91. Jennifer Shearer came in second in the 5000 meter run with a time of 17:23.43. Olivia Raya finished ninth in the discus throw with a distance of 134'-08." Raya also came in fifth in the hammer throw with 153'-06."

The results from the Stanford Invitation were not available as of late Saturday night.

The next event is the UCLA Invitational next Saturday in Los Angeles.
