After closing out the regular season with a 57-46 loss at San Diego State on Saturday, the UNLV men's basketball team will again face the Aztecs on Thursday, March 12, in the quarterfinal round of the Mountain West Conference Tournament at 2:30 p.m. at the Thomas & Mack Center. The Runnin' Rebels finished fifth in the MWC and are the No. 5 seed for this week's conference tournament, while San Diego State earned the No. 4 seed with a fourth-place league finish. Thursday's game will be simulcast on both the Mtn. and CBS College Sports in high definition, while the radio broadcast will be available on ESPN Radio 1100 AM in Las Vegas and worldwide through the All-Access feature at UNLVRebels.com. The Runnin' Rebels are two-time defending MWC Tournament champions and are 31-1 at the Thomas & Mack Center in their last 32 games against MWC opponents.
