COLLEGE STATION, Texas - UNLV freshman Zsuzsanna Jakabos competed in her first event at the 2009 NCAA Women's Swimming and Diving Championships on Thursday morning, held at Texas A&M's Student Rec Center Natatorium.

Jakabos, who will swim three events in this year's championships, posted a time of 2:00.77 in the 200 IM during the morning preliminaries, and finished in 49th place. She will swim the 400 IM on Friday, and the 200 fly on Saturday on the final day of the championships.
