On The Road Again

LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) - After opening the regular season with three straight victories at home, including Saturday over then-No. 25 Wisconsin, the UNLV men's basketball team will travel on the road for the first time this year. The Runnin' Rebels will be playing in the 76 Classic over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend in Anaheim, Calif., and will face Tulsa in their first-round game on Thursday, Nov. 25, at 8:30 p.m. PST. The game will be televised live on ESPN2 with Mark Neely and Stephen Bardo calling the action, while the radio broadcast may be heard on ESPN Radio 1100 AM/98.9 FM with Jon Sandler and Robert Smith. The tournament will also include Cal State Northridge, DePaul, Murray State, Oklahoma State, Stanford, and Virginia Tech and will also feature games on Friday, Nov. 26 and Sunday, Nov. 28. Each team will play three games (one each day), regardless of the outcomes.
