LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) - Off to its best start in 20 years, the No. 19/20 UNLV men's basketball team (8-0) went 2-0 on the road last week with wins at Illinois State (82-51) on Wednesday and at intrastate rival Nevada, Reno (82-70) on Saturday. After spending 10 of 13 days on the road since starting play at the 76 Classic in Anaheim during Thanksgiving weekend, the Runnin' Rebels are back in Las Vegas, but not at the Thomas & Mack Center - the facility is hosting the National Finals Rodeo. Instead, the Orleans Arena will be the site of UNLV's next game - against future Mountain West Conference member Boise State (6-1) - on Wednesday, Dec. 8 at 7 p.m. The game will not be televised, but the radio broadcast may be heard on ESPN Radio 1100 AM/98.9 FM with Jon Sandler and Robert Smith. The broadcast is also available at UNLVRebels.com through the subscription-based All-Access feature.
