LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) - After recording its first win in Mountain West Conference play on Saturday, 83-49, at home against TCU, the UNLV men's basketball team (13-3, 1-1 MWC) will travel to San Diego, Calif., for its first road game of the conference season. The Runnin' Rebels will face No. 6 San Diego State (17-0, 2-0) on Wednesday, Jan. 12 at 7 p.m. at Viejas Arena on SDSU's campus, where the Aztecs have won 12 straight games. San Diego State is the highest-ranked team in the 12-year history of the MWC and Wednesday's game marks the latest in a season that UNLV will play an undefeated team since 1998. The game will be televised on CBS College Sports in high definition with Ted Robinson and Steve Lappas calling the action. Jon Sandler and Robert Smith will handle the radio call, which may be heard in Las Vegas on ESPN Radio 1100 AM/98.9 FM.
