LAS VEGAS (AP) - Mike Moser had a career-high 23 points along with 17 rebounds for his second double-double to lead UNLV past Morgan State 92-55 in the first round of the Las Vegas Invitational on Sunday night.
The redshirt sophomore forward was 10-of-19 from the field with career-high six assists and a career-high-tying five steals as the Runnin' Rebels (4-0) shot 35-of-67 for 52 percent from the field.
Chace Stanback had 20 points and seven rebounds for UNLV, which never trailed and led 39-24 at intermission.
Anthony Marshall had 13 points and a career-high eight assists while Oscar Bellfield had 12 points and five rebounds for the Runnin' Rebels, who built a 41-point second-half lead.
Sophomore Ian Chiles had career highs of 16 points and seven rebounds for the Bears (0-3). Shaquille Duncan added 11 points for Morgan State, which travels to USC on Tuesday for the second round while UNLV hosts Cal Poly.
