LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) - For the first time in 22 days, the UNLV men's basketball team will be back in the Thomas & Mack Center as it hosts UTEP on Wednesday, Dec. 14 at 7 p.m. Tickets are as low as $15 if purchased prior to the day of game. The Runnin' Rebels have spent the last three-plus weeks away from its true home court as the arena has hosted the National Finals Rodeo. The Runnin' Rebels recorded a 4-2 mark over that span with wins over USC and then-No. 1 North Carolina at the Orleans Arena in the Las Vegas Invitational, a double-overtime win at UC Santa Barbara, a loss at Wichita State, a win over Cal State San Marcos at the Orleans Arena and a loss at then-No. 14/16 Wicsonsin on Saturday. Wednesday's game will be televised live by The Mtn. with Ari Wofle and Blaine Fowler calling the action. Jon Sandler and Robert Smith will handle the UNLV radio broadcast, which may be heard live in Las Vegas on ESPN Radio 1100 AM/98.9 FM. The radio broadcast is also available at UNLVRebels.com through the subscription-based All-Access feature, while Gametracker is provided for free on the website. After being ranked 18th in the country by the Associated Press and 20th in the ESPN/USA Today Coaches' poll Nov. 28, the Runnin' Rebels are receiving votes in both polls for the second straight week.
