UNLV Leaps Past Wyoming, 90-77

LAS VEGAS (AP) - Chace Stanback scored 19 points, grabbed 11 rebounds and made two blocks to lead UNLV to a 90-77 victory over Wyoming on Saturday night.

The Rebels (22-7, 10-5 Mountain West) dominated 54-39 in the first half, making 66 percent from the field and 60 percent of their 3-point tries.

The Cowboys (10-18, 3-11) meanwhile shot 38 percent from the field in the first half and 39 percent for the game.

The Rebels led by as many as 20 points during the first half and 19 points late in the second.

Tre'Von Willis, Quintrell Thomas and Oscar Bellfield finished with 15 points each for UNLV.

Amath M'Baye led the Cowboys with 24 points while Desmar Jackson scored 19 and Djibril Thiam had 10 points, eight rebounds and five steals.
