LAS VEGAS, Nev. (UNLVRebels.com) - UNLV assistant track & field coach Khadevis Robinson fell short of making the finals of the 800m at the 2011 IAAF World Outdoor Track & Field Championships in Daegu, South Korea on Sunday. Robinson finished fifth overall in his heat with a time of 1:45.27.
Robinson's time was the eighth-fastest ran in the three heats, but it wasn't low enough to earn one of the qualifying spots for Tuesday night's finale. The four runners that finished ahead of Robinson advanced to the final race, as did the top two finishers from the second and third heats.
