AUSTIN (UNLVRebels.com) - Christine Lowe capped the UNLV track & field team's stay at the 85th Annual Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays Saturday with a fifth-place showing in the 400m hurdles. Lowe crossed the finish line with a personal-best time of 59.16, which also ranks as fourth in the program's performance list for the event.

Lowe's time was two hundredths (.02) faster than the 59.18 that she clocked last week at the Pasadena Games.

UNLV's distance medley relay team comprised of Laura Affeld, Brett Zorich, Kelsey Williamson and Alison Bartosch finished ninth overall (11:43.52).

The Rebels will not return to action until April 13-14 when they host the Randall Cunningham Invitational/Sheila Tarr-Smith Invitational at Myron Partridge Stadium and Sheila Tarr-Smith Field.
