LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) - At least 50 current and former UNLV student-athletes are eligible to take part in Sunday's annual Spring Commencement Ceremonies at the Thomas & Mack Center on campus.
The list includes Rebels who wrapped up their course work this semester as well as those expected to complete their degrees during the summer sessions.
Some graduates, such as football player Sidney Hodge, have remaining eligibility and will compete for their respective teams again next season while either pursuing either a master's or second bachelor's degree.
Nearly 3,000 UNLV undergraduate, graduate and professional students are eligible to participate in this year's spring commencement ceremonies, which are split into two sessions beginning at 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. The grads range in age from 18 to 88 and hail from seven foreign countries.
The UNLV Athletics Department congratulates the Class of 2013 as the University celebrates its 50th Commencement Ceremony.
