LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) - The Rebel Kids Club Kickoff Party was held on Saturday, August 23, at the Mendenhall Center on the campus of UNLV. 130 of the club's members attended the event and picked up their 2014-15 membership packet.

Lunch was provided by Raising Cane's and the kids were also able to take part in activities such as bounce houses, basketball games and a red-carpet picture with Hey Reb. In addition, kids were able to enter a raffle to be featured as the "Kid of the Game" at a home football game and one lucky RKC member will win the chance to go out on the field for the coin toss during football's Rebel Kids Club Game Day on September 13 vs. Northern Illinois.
The Rebel Kids Club offers young UNLV fans the opportunity to experience Rebel athletics year-round for free and to attend exclusive RKC events. The club is presented by Children's Heart Center of Nevada and the UPS Store with supporting sponsors America First Credit Union, Cox Communications, Jumperman Party Rentals and SportsClips.
The club has more than twice as many members as last year -- 200 and counting.
