HOF Nomination Form

Nominations are now being accepted for induction into the UNLV Athletics Hall of Fame, the school announced Thursday.

To be eligible for the Class of 2017, former student-athletes must have left the school by 2006 or prior and coaches and staff must have left their position at the school by 2011 or prior. Categories are: Athlete, Coach, Athletic staff, Team and Distinguished Contributor.

The nomination process is open to the public and the deadline for receiving the nominating information via email is Feb. 10, 2017.

Nominations must be emailed to committee chair mark.wallington@unlv.edu and include the following: Nominee's Name and Any Current Contact Information; Years of Attendance/Service at UNLV; Category for Nomination; and Information Supporting Nominee's Candidacy.

Born in 1987, UNLV's Athletics Hall of Fame is now 115 members strong, including 16 teams, after inducting its most recent class in 2012.
