LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) - The UNLV men's tennis team blanked Weber State 4-0 to complete a doubleheader sweep Saturday at the Fertitta Tennis Complex.

The Rebels, who downed New Mexico State earlier in the day, improved to 4-2 overall while the Wildcats fell to 2-4.

The hosts pulled out a tough doubles point and then cruised through singles play to clinch it.

REBEL OF THE MATCH: Senior Alexandr Cozbinov teamed with Courtney Lock to win a marathon doubles match, 7-6 (12-10 tiebreaker), to earn his team the doubles point and then whitewashed Stefan Cooper, 6-0, 6-0, at the top of the singles lineup.

NET NOTE: UNLV did not lose a set in singles play.

QUOTABLE: "The guys competed well in both matches and it was good to finish the weekend with two wins today."
