PROVO, Utah (UNLVRebels.com) -Â The UNLV men and women's swim teams came up short to BYU at the Richards Building Pool Saturday morning. The Rebel women lost 167 to 133, while the Rebel men fell 153 to 144.

Hayden Hemmens won the 200 free.
THE RUNDOWN - WOMEN:Â
*Sophomore
Montse Moreno took second on 1-meter (257.17).
*Moreno finished first on 3-meter (292.50).
*Kicking off the first swimming event,
Eva Kim,
Skylar Moore, Kate Afanasyeva, and
Ava Haase took third in the 200 Medley Relay with a swim of 1:44.63.
*Sophomore
Filio Raftopoulou took first in the 1000 free with a time of 10:28.29, followed by sophomore
Camila Quineche took second (10:37.08).

Julia Filippova touched first in the 200 free with a time of 1:53.01, sophomore
Carissa Armijo took third (1:53.58).
*Junior Kate Afanasyeva finished second in the 100 back (56.15), followed by sophomore

*Kiuchi touched second in the 200 back with a time of 2:01.45, followed by Kim who finished in third (2:07.11).
*Moore placed third in the 200 breast with a swim of 2:23.53.
*Armijo touched second in the 500 free with a time of 5:02.35, Filippova grabbed third (5:04.59).
*Afanasyeva grabbed first in the 100 fly with a swim of 57.00.
*Armijo finished second in 400 IM with a time of 4:32.42.
*Closing out the meet, Filippova,
Camryn Wheals, Schreiber, and Haase took second in the 400 free relay with a swim of 3:29.76. The team of Kim, Afanasyeva, Ash, and Lindsay Swail took third (3:29.86).
THE RUNDOWN - MEN:
*Junior
Jesse Cawley grabbed first on 3-meter (288.80).
*Cawley took third on 1-meter (282.10).
*The 200 Medley Relay team of

Sean Gage took second with a swim of 1:30.96. The team of Panos Bolanos,

Michal Cukanow took second in the 100 fly with a swim of 50.77, McEuen finished third 51.26.
*Cornellison took second in the 400 IM with a time of 4:06.64, followed by sophomore Ivan Zukov who grabbed third 4:07.22.
*Closing of the last event of the night, the 400 free relay team of Szilagyi,
Steven Butler, Bolanos, and
Sean Gage took second with a swim of 3:01.90. The team of Cukanow, Castro, Jake Keller, and McEuen took third (3:07.64).
