The Rebels fell to 5-4 overall while the Bruins improved to 5-2.
Â
Starting in doubles, UNLV won at the top of the lineup as Jackson Atherton and Anton Ornberg downed Timothy Li and Giacomo Revelli, 6-2. After the hosts won on court two, the point came down to the third spot and Spencer Johnson and Jorge Gonzalez needed a tiebreaker to get by the Rebel duo of Aaron Bailey and Joseph Chen, 7-6 (7-2).
