Little's Season Ends With Tied-For-36th Finish At NCAA Championships

CARLSBAD, Calif. (UNLVRebels.com) – UNLV men's golf sophomore Zach Little's season officially came to an end with a tied-for-36th finish after three rounds Monday morning at the NCAA Championships at Omni La Costa Resort & Spa (Par 72, 7,548 yards).

Little had remained alive Sunday for a potential final round of stroke play with a shot to advance via individual playoff, which would have required Georgia Tech to defeat Wake Forest in Monday's team playoff to make the 15-team cut. That possibility never came to fruition as the Demon Deacons topped the Yellow Jackets.

The Croxley Green, England native, who had his weekend-best of 1-under 71 in the second round, puts a cap on his first career trip to the NCAA postseason that saw him help the Scarlet & Gray advance to the national championship with a third-place finish at the Urbana Regional. As a team, UNLV wrapped up its 2024-25 campaign with a tied-for-23rd finish.
