LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) – UNLV women's golf head coach Amy Bush-Herzer will be inducted into the Las Vegas Golf Hall of Fame in the Class of 2026 on Friday, Oct. 9 at the South Point Hotel, Casino & Spa.

"Being inducted into the Las Vegas Golf Hall of Fame is an extraordinary honor, and one that reflects the incredible support of the entire Las Vegas golf community," said Bush-Herzer. "Having called this valley home for so many years, both as a PGA Professional and leading the UNLV women's golf program, it is deeply humbling to join such a distinguished group of legends. This recognition belongs just as much to our incredible student-athletes, my coaching staff, supporters and Rebel nation, who push me to serve and elevate the game every single day."

In her 15 seasons at the helm of the Rebel program, Bush-Herzer's teams have won six Mountain West Championships, qualified for the NCAA Regionals 12 times, and reached the NCAA Championship twice. Additionally, she has coached her student-athletes to two MW individual titles, five MW Golfer of the Year awards, six MW Freshman of the Year awards, 36 all-conference selections, 43 WGCA Scholar All-America honorees, three individual NCAA Regional bids, an individual national championship trip, and two All-America honors.

A five-time Mountain West Coach of the Year, Bush-Herzer garnered the recognition for the second consecutive year this past season after guiding the Scarlet & Gray to a repeat MW Championship and its fourth NCAA Regional trip in the last five years. Off the course, Bush-Herzer's Rebels have continued to hit their mark in the classroom with a 3.45 GPA or better in seven straight semesters.

Bush-Herzer has mentored one of her student-athletes to go on to earn an LPGA Tour card. Rebel All-American Dana Finkelstein Fall (2011-15), who will be inducted into the UNLV Athletics Hall of Fame in the fall, has been awarded an LPGA Tour card on two occasions.

On top of her UNLV coaching duties, Bush-Herzer is a PGA of America Professional and former Southern Nevada PGA Chapter Executive Director.

The other inductees in this year's class include former LPGA Tour veteran Natalie Gulbis, former Director of Sports Marketing for the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority Julian Dugas and longtime Southern Nevada Junior Golf supporter Sylvia Hooks.
