LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) – Fresh off a season-opening win, the UNLV women's golf course continues its fall in Fort Collins, Colorado, at the Ben Connell Ram Classic being hosted by Colorado State at Ptarmigan Golf Club (Par 72, 6,493 yards) Monday-Tuesday, Sept. 21-22.
THE FIELD: The 13-team field playing alongside UNLV and the host Rams features Cal Poly, Hawai'i, Nebraska, Northern Colorado, San Diego State, Southern Miss, UC Davis, UNR, Washington, Washington State and Wyoming.
UNLV LINEUP: Senior
Zi Yu Foong, junior
Amber Chen, freshman
Kuree Little, and sophomores
Lana Yamagata and
Demi Du will play first through fifth, respectively. Freshman
Addison Hines, who returns to her home state, will be competing as an individual.

NEWS & NOTES:
- Last season, Zi Yu Foong claimed her first career victory at the same event in Fort Collins. She shared co-champion honors at 6-under through 36 holes after inclement weather cut short the third round.
- This marks head coach Amy Bush-Herzer's 16th season at the helm of the UNLV women's golf program.
- Their win at the season-opening Dick McGuire Invitational marked the Rebels' third victory in their last five tournaments. Their recent string of first-place team performances include the 2026 Mountain West Championship and the Jackrabbits Invitational this past spring.
- UNLV repeated as Mountain West Champion in the 2025-26 season.
- Bush-Herzer was announced as a 2026 Las Vegas Hall of Fame inductee. She will be honored in a ceremony on Friday, October 9.
- The tournament, previously known as Colonel Wollenberg Ptarmigan Ram Classic, underwent a name change to the now Ben Connell Ram Classic.
