Biography
2012-13 (Junior): Won his second career conference title in the 400 IM at the MPSF Championships with a time of 3:47.07, and added a second place finish in the 200 IM (1:46.40) ... Swam on the first place 800 free relay and helped the 400 free relay to a runner-up finish ... Competed and took first in the 400 IM (3:47.07)...He also swam in the 200 IM placing second (1:46.40) ... Competed at the NCAA Championships in the 200 IM, 400 IM, 200 breast and 800 free relay.
2011-12 (Sophomore): Placed third at the MPSF Championships in the 200 IM in a time of 1:48.42 ... Was also fifth in the 200 fly (1:49.76) and ninth in the 400 IM (3:54.55) ... Swam on the runner-up 800 free relay (6:32.33).
2010-11 (Freshman): Was limited by injuries for most of the season, but still won the 400 IM title in his first-ever MW Championship appearance in a league-record time of 3:48.99 ... Also placed third in the 200 IM (1:48.34) and swam on the second-place 800 free relay.
High School: Swam at the Italian Championships in 2010 and 2009 ... Was the Italian 19-20 champion in the 200 IM and runner-up in the 400 IM ... Earned a second-place finish with the National Italian Team in the 200 IM at the Latin Cup in Argentina ... The Italian Junior Champion in the 200 IM and has the fifth best time in the 400 IM for juniors in 2008.
