Biography
Rebel Notes: Bjorn enters his final season with the Rebel swim team. He brings international experience and will continue to swim breast and sprint freestyle events.
2003-04: Took fourth in the 100 breast (55.94) and seventh in the 50 free (20.81) ... also anchored the first place 200 free relay, 2002-03: Bjorn swam the anchor legs of the conference-winning 200 medley relay (1:28.85) and 200 free relay (1:19.91). He also took fifth in the 100 breast (55.82) and eighth in the 50 free (20.55) and 200 breast (2:06.49). 2001-02: Bjorn was a member of the conference winning 200 medley relay and 200 free relay. He also took tenth in the 50 freestyle and 100 breast, scoring a total of 34 points at the MWC Championships
High School: Bjorn is a 2000 graduate of Polkemsskelan School in Gavle, Sweden ... placed second in the NJC, first in the JSC and second in the SC.
Personal: Bjorn Carl Gustav Eriksson was born on March 18, 1981 ... he is the son of Karl-Ake and Kerstin Eriksson ... has one brother ... is majoring in fitness management ... considers his parents to be the biggest influence on his life as an athlete.
