LAS VEGAS -
The head coaches for UNLV's football and men's basketball programs will get together on the links next month for the school's 19th annual golf event. The Robinson-Spoonhour Golf Classic, sponsored by the Walters Group, will take place on June 6 at Stallion Mountain Country Club's Man 'O War Course.
A 7:30 a.m. shotgun start will follow a continental breakfast and the tournament will feature an awards luncheon after the 18-hole round played in a scramble format.
Individual entry fees are $300. Golfers will receive a tournament shirt and hat as well as a commemorative foursome photo with the coaches. Tee sponsorships are also available for $300.
Entry deadline is June 1 and space is limited to the first 144 players. Call 895-UNLV for more information.
