This internship will provide students with the opportunity to gain knowledge and experience in the area of collegiate sports information and media relations.
Qualifications:
Undergraduate student
Public relations or communications major preferred
Strong communication skills
Responsibilities:
Assist with the day-to-day operations of the sports information office
Assist staff at home games for most of UNLV's sports programs
Specific duties assigned to individual sports
Length:
July - June
One year appointment
Willing to negotiate dates
Compensation:
$500/semester
Reduced fees up to 6 credits, approx. 90% cost
