We are now offering Student-Athlete ONLY sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:30am. Tuesdays will be an “active” session and Thursdays will be a “restore/recovery” session.

Minimal equipment will be used for on line practice, you will need a yoga mat. Optional props include an easy to fold blanket or beach towel, 2 yoga blocks and 1 yoga strap -or- 1 Pilates ball and 1 resistance band.  You can use a foam roller or magic circle in place of a block/ball.
