Lauren Jordan was hired as assistant swimming coach for the Rebels in December of 2019. 

Jordan began her time in collegiate swimming as a student-athlete Arkansas from 2012-14. She was a NCAA All-American in the 1650 free, a three-time Division 1 National Qualifier and an Olympic Trials qualifier for the Razorbacks. 

Jordan spent 2017-19 working as the lead coach for Dynamo Swim Club in Chamblee, Georgia. She marketed the Dynamo program, managed the pool facilities, became CPO certified, and managed all the Dynamo Swim Club home swim meets. Prior to that, she was a full-time coach for Splash Club Inc. in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, where she would assist the head coach with the senior training group, lead coach of the elementary school group. and was the head of communications for the club. From 2014-15, she worked as a part-time coach for the Razorback Aquatic Club in Fayetteville, Arkansas. there she assisted the head coach with the senior training group during both long and short course season. She was also the lead coach for the 10 and under age group during long course season.

Jordan was a part-time coach at the Carmel Swim Club in Carmel, Indiana in 2012-13. There she taught various levels and age groups in accordance with Carmel Swim Club's instructional guidelines, planned practices, selected appropriate dryland activities, and evaluated the swimmers' progress.
