The UNLV women’s golf program added Luka Mudde as an assistant coach in September 2024.
Mudde (formerly Van der Merwe) returns to the Rebel program that she played for under Bush-Herzer from 2019-21. As a student-athlete, she earned Academic All-Mountain West honors as a senior in 2020-21.
A graduate of UNLV's Harrah College of Hospitality, Mudde earned her bachelor's degree in hospitality management with a concentration in PGA golf management in 2021 and her master's degree in hotel administration in 2023. Most recently, she has served as the school's PGAM program coordinator.
