Ashley Hart joined the UNLV Athletics Department on October 1, 2023. Hart is an accomplished leader in the collegiate athletics development space, currently serving as the Associate Athletics Director for Development with the Rebels.
With over a decade of experience driving revenue, cultivating donor relationships, and managing large-scale campaigns, she has raised millions in philanthropic support for athletic departments across the country.
Hart has held key roles in athletic departments at Washington State University, the University of Arizona, and the University of Louisiana Monroe, leading strategic fundraising initiatives and overseeing capital campaigns totaling over $250 million. Her strengths lie in major gift cultivation, campaign execution, sport administration, and enhancing donor engagement through innovative partnerships and personalized relationships.
A former Division I student-athlete and cheer captain, Hart holds a master’s degree in sports management from the University of Louisiana Monroe and a B.A. in sociology with a minor in dance from the University of California, Riverside. She is an active member of Women Leaders in Sports, NACDA, and WISE Las Vegas, and is passionate about advancing equity and visibility in women’s sports.
When Hart isn’t working, she enjoys watching her Seahawks, listening to live music and discovering Vegas with her rescue dog, Jax.
