Burk relocated to the Las Vegas area in 2008 by way of Scottsdale, Arizona and has built a trusted network of local businesses, integrated-resort executives, and community leaders in the span of more than a decade of residency in Las Vegas.

Leading up to the opening of Allegiant Stadium, Burk worked directly with the Senior Associate Athletic Director to develop a ticket pricing strategy for UNLV’s newest $2B venue in partnership with the Raiders. Burk continues to develop the premium seating sales and hospitality strategy for UNLV football at Allegiant Stadium and looks to be an industry leader in hospitality at collegiate venues.

He has worked for UNLV since 2015 and is the current Director in charge of hospitality at Allegiant Stadium as well as Thomas & Mack Arena. Under Burk’s watch, he has been personally responsible for generating more than $20 million dollars of revenue through Sam Boyd Stadium and Thomas & Mack premium sales.

Burk graduated from world renowned and top-rated hospitality school at UNLV with a Master of Hospitality Administration graduate degree through the executive hospitality program. Burk also has a tech background and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Information Technology.

In 2020 when it was needed most, through his relationships Burk was able to convert premium customers and existing relationships to philanthropy dollars by signing several major gifts commitments during his time as a Rebel Athletic Fund team member.
