Trever Berg

Berg was named the Assistant Coach/Director of Baseball Operations in July of 2026. Berg, a 2019 graduate of the College of Southern Nevada (CSN), coached alongside Nick Garritano during the 2025 season, working with the outfielders while assisting with hitting and baserunning. He also served as the program's recruiting coordinator and oversaw advanced scouting reports on opponents.

Before CSN, Berg spent two years as the pitching coach at Colorado Northwestern Community College, where he also contributed to day-to-day operations and prepared the team's advanced scouting reports.

Berg was a multi-sport athlete at Basic High School in Henderson, excelling in baseball, basketball and tennis. After high school, he began his collegiate baseball career at Colorado Northwestern before transferring back to CSN. As a key player for the Coyotes, Berg helped the team secure both the SWAC regular season title and the Region XVIII championship in 2019. He completed his collegiate playing career at the University of Texas Permian Basin (UTPB) in 2022.

Berg holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Coaching from UTPB and earned his Master's degree in Coaching from the University of Northern Colorado in 2024.
