LAS VEGAS (AP) - Chris Lemon rushed for 190 yards and a touchdown on 44 carries to lead Nevada, Reno to a 31-20 victory over UNLV on Saturday night.

UNR (2-2) amassed 491 yards in total offense in beating its intrastate rival for the fourth straight time. The loss was the 10th straight dating back to last year for the Rebels (0-5).

UNR senior Geoff Noisy had 11 receptions for 111 yards to become the Wolf Pack's all-time leading receiver with 239 career catches, placing him eighth on the NCAA career receptions list.

Freshman David Neill completed 25 of 41 passes for 253 yards and two touchdowns for the winners.

Neill's 18-yard touchdown in the opening minutes of the second quarter was the third UNR TD in a span of seven minutes and gave the Wolf Pack a 21-0 lead.

Lemon scored on a 1-yard run to cap a 70-yard, 12-play drive with 4:58 left in the opening period, and Neill threw a 28-yard touchdown pass Cleavon Brooks 3 1/2 minutes later.

But the Rebels bounced back, getting a 17-yard touchdown run from Dahrin Footman and a 55-yard scoring run from James Wofford later in the second quarter to make it 21-14 at halftime.

Neill threw a 19-yard scoring pass to Nathan Allen early in the third quarter to make it 28-14, and Mike Phillips added a 41-yard field goal later in the period for UNR.

UNLV's Duane James returned a punt 78 yards for a touchdown with 1:40 left in the game to complete the scoring.

Footman gained 154 yards on 13 carries and Wofford picked up 76 yards on seven carries. The Rebels gained 268 yards on the ground and 342 yards in total offense.
