LAS VEGAS- UNLV Runnin' Rebel basketball is right around the corner and head coach Bill Bayno will conduct the third annual "Bayno Holds Court" on Monday, Oct. 12, from 6:30 to 8 p.m. in the Si Redd Room at the Thomas & Mack Center. The proceedings will feature cocktails and hors d' oeuvres during the 6 p.m. registration. Admission is free.

The event will feature a special tour of the Runnin' Rebel locker room and great door and raffle prices which will include an autographed Runnin' Rebel basketball.

Along the same lines as "Horton Has Class", the ladies night will serve to inform, teach and give insights on the game of basketball as well as Runnin' Rebel basketball. No one will be denied admission on the basis of gender.

Bayno and his staff which consists of Glynn Cyprien, Dave Rice, Barry Rohrssen and Greg Vetrone will assist with the evening's festivities.

The Runnin' Rebels first day of practice is Saturday, Oct. 17, and the first exhibition game will be held on Thursday, Nov. 5, against Global Sports at 7:35 p.m. at the Thomas & Mack Center.
