AUSTIN, Texas - Senior Damu Bobb won twice Sunday to advance at the 1998 ITA All-American Men's Tennis Championships being held at the Penick-Allison Tennis Center.

Bobb defeated Mike Berger of Wake Forest 7-5, 6-1, and then downed Pascal Falasca of Arizona, 6-4, 6-1. Bobb went 4-0 during pre-qualifying to move on to Tuesday's qualifying round.

The tournament's main draw begins Thursday. Senior Asaf Tishler is in the singles main draw while the doubles team of sophomores Gregor Skorin and Nenad Zivkovic also has a spot reserved in doubles.
