LAS VEGAS - In the wake of the tragedies in New York City, Washington and western Pennsylvania, the UNLV volleyball team's participation in the Bank of Fayetteville Tournament at the University of Arkansas has been cancelled. Instead, the team has scheduled a game against Northern Arizona in Flagstaff, AZ, on Saturday September 15 at 2:00 p.m. The game will be played in the Rolle Activities Center on the NAU campus, and fans will be admitted at no charge.

Northern Arizona was scheduled to play in the University of San Diego Tournament this weekend.

Saturday's match will mark the first meeting between the two schools in volleyball since 1985. UNLV owns a 6-2 all-time series record and has won the last five meetings. UNLV head coach Deitre Collins is a former assistant coach with the NAU volleyball program.
