LAS VEGAS - Three UNLV seniors were voted official captains for the Rebel football team after a vote by their teammates during the bye week, head coach John Robinson announced.

Offensive lineman Tony Terrell, a rare four-year starter at guard, running back Joe Haro, whose current two-year rushing total of 1,822 is the second-most in school history, and linebacker Tyrone Tucker, who has turned in an all-league performance after transferring from Iowa State, will lead their squad in this weekend's season finale at Colorado State and be considered the permanent captains for 2002.

During the season, UNLV uses captains on a game-by-game basis that are selected by the coaching staff.
