LAS VEGAS - The UNLV vs. Air Force football game on November 16 at Sam Boyd Stadium will kick off at noon PST so it can be shown by ESPN+Plus as the Mountain West Conference Game of the Week, the league announced Monday.

The game will mark the first time this season that UNLV will appear on the 19-station, 13-state network that carries the ESPN+Plus games each week. Locally, the game will be shown on KFBT-Gold 33 (Cox Cable 6). Former CBS announcer Gary Bender will handle play-by-play duties while JC Pearson will add his analysis and Beth Mowins will report from the sidelines.

UNLV has made six appearances on ESPN+Plus since the league's inception in 1999 and has a record of 3-3 in those contests. The Rebels were last seen on the MWC Game of the Week on Nov. 17, 2001, when they traveled to Colorado Springs and upset Air Force 34-10 for their first-ever win at the academy.

This season, the Rebels have gone 2-3 in the five games that have been televised in Las Vegas, including two national broadcasts.
