Chat with Linda Fr?hlich Wednesday

Feb. 22, 2002

On Wednesday, February 27, UNLV senior forward Linda Fr?hlich drops by ESPN.com's moderated chat room presented by TheMWC.com to take questions on the 2001-2002 season and more.

Often, players are judged by their scoring and rebounding averages alone, but there are few players who can do it all. UNLV's Fr?hlich is one of those players.

It's not that Fr?hlich doesn't have impressive scoring and rebounding numbers. She has scored 2,247 career points and carries a 21.6 career scoring average. She also has 1,057 career rebounds, which averages out to 10.2 rebounds a game for her four-year career. But during her UNLV career she has proved to be much more than a scorer and rebounder.

Fr?hlich enters this week ranked among the Mountain West Conference leaders in all 12 individual statistical categories including, scoring (first), rebounding (first), free throw percentage (first), defensive rebounding (first), steals (second), blocked shots (third), offensive rebounding (sixth), and assists (ninth).

Fr?hlich is the Mountain West Conference's all-time leading scorer and rebounder. In league games, she has tallied 768 points and 385 rebounds to-date. Overall, she has produced 1,590 points and 641 rebounds in the MWC's three-year history.

The Oldendorf, Germany native won't be stopping by until 8 a.m. PST on Wednesday but feel free to leave your questions now and we will save them for her arrival.
